HELL OR HIGH HEELS

We are currently holding auditions for our

Hell or High Heels Fan-Ball at the Globe Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles.


Volunteers will work  hours on Sunday, 6PM - 1AM

Photobooth

Photobooth Volunteers will help attendees choose poses, communicate with Cosplayers, take pictures on attendees' phones or on our event Polaroid, and also manage the POS system for checki sales. They will attend the Photobooth for 30 minutes after each cafe session, but are expected to be on their feet and speaking with attendees for the duration of their role. 

Activity Volunteer

Activity Volunteers will help instruct attendees on games or activities we will be hosting at the Cuspleeve. You will be trained on the activity itself and will help inform and demonstrate how attendees can participate. This will be throughout the event, and you may have to rotate from one activity to another. 

Line Control

Line control will assess and advise any lines we have throughout the event, be it check-in, photobooth, or activity lines, in order to make sure each station runs smoothly. They will need to be good at communicating and instructing attendees or managers on capacity, or managing those in line to stand in certain spots to help control traffic flow. 

Production Assist

Production Assist will be responsible for filling requests made by management , be it acquiring and handing over props, conveying messages between management and other volunteers or cast, or providing waters, etc. This will be throughout the event, and may require frequent movement about the venue. 

Set-up/Break-down

This role is responsible for arriving prior to the event in order to assist in set-up, as well as stay past the event end to assist in break-down and load out. Building and disassembling sets, placing and putting away decor, as well as post-event cleanup are the expected activities. This role would require you to show up prior to the event  start to help. You may then relax and enjoy the event. You are then expected to remain afterward to help production have things packed and cleaned up by out time, in the late a.m. This role will work starting at 4pm, until set-up is done, then again at 1am until break-down is complete.
