We collaborate with partners to conceive, write, and produce original event concepts inspired by specific characters, themes, or series. These projects may blend elements of performance, roleplay, dining, environment design, and interactive storytelling—or take the form of something entirely new.

AICOSU operates as a full-service immersive events studio, overseeing every aspect of production from concept to execution.
We scout, cast, hire, and manage cosplay talent, training performers to deliver consistent, professional, in-character experiences. All performers are directed, rehearsed, and supported under clear standards for interaction, presentation, and audience care.
We develop original concepts and scripts for each event, shaping the structure, flow, and tone of roleplay interactions and immersive moments. From short character encounters to extended narrative programming, we ensure every experience is intentional and well-paced.
AICOSU handles décor, set design, and art direction, creating environments that support immersion and storytelling. This includes visual themes, spatial layout, and environmental details tailored to the event or IP.
We design and provide merchandise and collaborate with fan artists and creators to produce custom fan art, swag, and freebies, supporting the creative community while delivering meaningful takeaways for attendees.
For food-based events such as cosplay cafés and cupsleeves, we develop custom menus and coordinate food and beverage offerings that align with the theme and experience.
We design and operate photo booths and character interaction zones, managing technical setup, staffing, and attendee flow to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
AICOSU recruits, hires, and manages staff and volunteers as needed, coordinating operations, guest services, and on-site logistics.
We also produce all creative and promotional materials, including social media campaigns, visual assets, signage, and on-site graphics, ensuring cohesive branding and clear communication before and during the event.
